Who we are:

We are Anytime Fitness Bedford, we opened just a short time ago in January 2018. We are a small community fitness club in the centre of town, whose goal is to help the people of Bedford get to a healthier place! Anytime Fitness is the world’s fastest growth health club chain worldwide. We have 4000+ clubs worldwide and 140+ clubs in the UK.

What we do:

We are a community club who pride ourselves on putting our members first. We offer our services to the public 24:7 (including Christmas day!). Our club has all the latest and high-tech gear on the market. Our cardio equipment hooked up with Netflix, TV, virtual race courses and more! Our resistance machines each have repetition counters and break-timers. We are also the only club in Bedford to have a virtual studio with hundreds of classes available at the touch of a button 24 hours a day. We also have various classes available with instructors ranging from Yoga to Spin, Boxing to HIIT and much more. We host several events throughout the year from Open Weekends to Member Events, corporate days to bring a friend week’s. We want everyone to be involved with fitness in some way or another whether it’s with us, a local sports team or even just getting up on your feet!

Our team:

There’s me, Clara, I’m the Club Manager of Anytime Fitness Bedford. I’m a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am a dodgeball athlete playing at the most elite level in the UK with Bedford Mighty Eagles and have represented England Lions on the international stage.

We have Dale, who is our Member Manager. He is new to the Anytime team, he has endless experience within fitness, including working for all the big clubs. He is an ex Watford footballer but he’s still an all-round superstar.

Completing our small team is Daryl. He is our membership consultant for Bedford. Daryl comes from a Dance background, he has performed for Got to Dance (the TV show) and has background danced for various celebrities across Europe. He is also training to be a personal trainer to extend his fitness knowledge even further.

We have a well-rounded team to help fulfil everyone’s needs.


We love to shout from the rooftops about our members. We have a dedicated website just for our members stories. Some of our members have been featured for incredible weight loss journeys, overcoming illnesses and other outstanding circumstances they have overcome along the way.

Our Top-Tips and Advice:

Set your goal – you should always have a goal in mind, this will get you motivated and give you something to work towards!

Support Network – Having friends, families, colleagues or anyone close to you, to support you on your fitness journey can do the world of good. The hardest part is starting! Surround yourself with positive people that will inspire and motivate you. The ultimate way to stay motivated is to get yourself a gym buddy!
